Electra, of dark flower and waning moon
Pale eyes like lamplight swoon
Burst forth in electric bloom
And set the sky alight
Before the grey of hidden suns
In skies thieved of treasures won
Across the darkness make your run
Alive at wondrous height
As told in song by fleeing larks
Your smile unfolds in shearing sparks
Showering light in corners dark
For a moment all is right
In quiet time of shadows’ flight
Treetops douse in gleaming light
Revealed unrobed in radiant might
Electra — hell, what a sight!
